Registration & Payment Terms and Conditions
By registering for the FEDTC AI for Education Conference (November 6–7, 2025), you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- Early-bird or group discounts, if applicable, are valid only when paid within the stated deadlines.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- No Refund Policy: All registration payments are non-refundable.
- Exception: If your attendance is fully sponsored or directly paid for by FEDTC and FEDTC subsequently cancels that sponsorship, a refund or credit may be issued.
- Substitutions of registered attendees are permitted at no extra charge if requested in writing at least 7 days before the event.
3. Event Changes & Cancellation
- FEDTC reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the conference for reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, venue issues, health/safety concerns).
- If the event is canceled by FEDTC, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future FEDTC event.
4. Program Adjustments
- FEDTC may alter speakers, topics, or timing without notice when necessary to maintain the quality of the event.
- Such changes will not entitle participants to any refunds.
5. Participation & Conduct
- All attendees agree to professional, respectful conduct throughout the conference.
- FEDTC reserves the right to remove anyone who disrupts sessions or violates venue policies, without refund.
6. Photography & Recording
- By attending, you grant FEDTC the right to photograph, record, and use your likeness in event-related media, including marketing and educational materials.
7. Liability
- FEDTC and Dallas College are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during travel to, from, or at the event venue.
Acceptance
By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
